Dr. Vakharia earned her dental degree from the Medical University of South Carolina in 1993. Following a residency at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, she joined an established dental practice and served as associate for more than four years.
With a commitment to delivering the most advanced care with a woman’s touch, Dr. Vakharia established her own practice in 1998. Dedicated to staying current and proficient with leading edge dentistry, she participates in continuing education courses each year. She has completed extensive advanced education in aesthetic dentistry and neuromuscular occlusion from the world-renowned Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies, CEREC® training courses, and many other continuing education classes.
Dr. Vakharia is board certified by the State of South Carolina. She is a member of the American Dental Association, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Greenville Dental Free Clinic, Greenville County Dental Society, and many study clubs. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of Roper Mountain Science Center and is the past president of Greenville Professional Women’s Forum.
Dr. Vakharia and her husband, Patrick, are parents of three beautiful children. Her time out of the office is filled with volunteering at her children’s schools and activities, traveling, reading, and spending time outdoors.
